Lizzy has travelled the world, capturing and combining delightful flavours into enchanting recipes that inspire the heart of our brand.
After training at the renowned Prue Leith Culinary Institute, she honed her craft in some of the most celebrated kitchens — including Bluebird, The Square under Phil Howard, and Noma in Copenhagen with René Redzepi.
Now based in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, Lizzy draws on her deep connection with nature — foraging, fruit and flower picking, and sourcing the finest local ingredients to create the distinctive recipes behind our range. Each jar is a reflection of her passion for flavour, balance, and honest, handmade food.
