Lizzy travelled the globe capturing and combining charming flavours into enchanting recipes.
After Prue Leith cooking school, Lizzy worked at iconic sites such as Blue Bird, The Square (Phil Howard), Noma in Copenhagen (René Redzepi) and excelled covering multiple Head Chef positions in London.
Lizzy lives now in the country where she regularly goes foraging, fruit and flower picking and finds the best ingredients for her delicious recipes.
